Most owners don't know their portfolio is leaking money until someone shows them. Our free evaluation looks at:
- Rent gap analysis — what comparable units in your zip codes are getting, vs. what you're collecting.
- Vacancy patterns — how long your units sit between tenants and what's driving turnover.
- Maintenance spend efficiency — are you over-paying for emergency repairs that better preventive maintenance would have avoided?
- Section 8 / voucher upside — properties in qualifying zip codes might earn more from PHA than open market.
- Compliance status — L&I licenses, lead disclosures, PRCL registration. Surprises here = fines.
